So as we know, kebaya is a sign of Indonesia women. we believe that kebaya is indeed a strong nationalistic symbol that is already been a tradition since a ling time ago. but nowadays, not onlyn indonesia has kebaya. other country also have similiar cloth like kebaya. we can see that in the flight attendance from singapore airlines and malaysia airlines also used a uniform that is similiar to kebaya, for example, Kate Middleton's wedding dress.

They use kebaya if there is only at Kartini's day or in a wedding event. usually we see person who use person in television is people above 40 years old. so that's why some people think that kebaya is an old style fashion. but, with a little creativity, kebaya can be more modern and more attractive to use with modern style.
